Regent Seven Seas Cruises has announced a new day-time dining venue aboard Seven Seas Prestige, called Solmar Terrace.

The ultra-luxury cruise line has also revealed the menu for its new speciality restaurant Azure, alongside enhancements to the beloved Prime 7 menu, further enriching the all-inclusive culinary experience that awaits guests aboard Seven Seas Prestige.

Further elevating the dining experience aboard Seven Seas PrestigeTM, Solmar Terrace at Compass Rose, is a new al fresco venue exclusive to the ship. Located aft of Compass Rose on deck 5 and open from 12:00 to 6:00 PM, the restaurant blends relaxed elegance with globally inspired flavours, inviting guests to enjoy leisurely daytime dining alongside sweeping ocean vistas.

Featuring a wide array of dishes from mezze-style appetisers and sushi to tapas and yakitori, the daytime menu caters to a variety of tastes and moods - from fresh gazpacho and the sushi roll of the day to the varied yakitori grill menu. Asian-inspired small plates include succulent Korean beef short rib, chicken or shrimp satay, teriyaki pork belly, indulgent king oyster mushroom, and Japanese broiled salmon. Finishing the meal with something sweet, guests can delight in decadent desserts such as tres leches cake or luscious crema Catalana.

“Dining is an essential part of the Regent experience, and Seven Seas Prestige represents an exciting opportunity to further elevate our all-inclusive culinary offering,” said Wesley D'Silva, president of Regent Seven Seas Cruises. “As the first new Regent ship class in more than a decade, Seven Seas Prestige ushers in a new era for our brand, with extraordinary new experiences throughout the ship. Solmar Terrace at Compass Rose and Azure add even more choice, variety and flexibility for guests, complementing Regent's collection of included speciality restaurants and further enriching the unrivalled ultra-luxury experience that defines a Regent voyage.”
