ZEUS Appoints Penny Naoum as Marketing & PR Agent for UK and Ireland Push

ZEUS has appointed UK-based tourism and hospitality strategist Penny Naoum and Penny’s Serendipity Integrated Consultancy to provide sales, marketing and public relations representation for five of its five-star Greek resorts across the UK and Ireland.

The partnership will focus on the four ZEUS Eleva properties: ZEUS Eleva Kassandra Lagoon & ZEUS Eleva Ajul in Halkidiki, and ZEUS Eleva Mirabello Bay & ZEUS Eleva Miraya in Agios Nikolaos, Crete. ZEUS Kos Beach in Mastichari, Kos, will also be an important commercial and communications priority.

While the UK is already a strong market for ZEUS and its hotels welcome British travellers through selected leading tour operators, Ireland will now become a dedicated area of market development for the group.

ZEUS plans to invest in building long-term awareness and relationships within the Irish travel trade, working with tour operators, travel agents, luxury specialists, MICE planners, retreat and wedding partners and the media to introduce the five hotels to a wider Irish audience.

The appointment follows a period of considerable evolution for ZEUS, including new openings, a group rebrand, extensive resort transformations and the introduction of a clearer portfolio structure. Further renovation and enhancement projects are planned across parts of the collection ahead of the 2027 season, with additional details to be announced soon.

One of the most distinctive new additions is ZEUS Eleva Kassandra Lagoon in Hanioti, Halkidiki. Recently opened following a comprehensive refurbishment, the adults-only luxury retreat combines a calming, effortlessly elegant atmosphere with nature, wellness and a strong sense of privacy.

Another newcomer, in Agios Nikolaos, ZEUS Eleva Miraya offers an intimate adults-only boutique experience, while nearby ZEUS Eleva Mirabello Bay is the group’s flagship Cretan resort. Water shapes the experience throughout Mirabello Bay, from its three private beaches and extensive resort pools to private-pool accommodation, a waterpark and the largest private hotel marina in Crete.

ZEUS Eleva Ajul in Agia Paraskevi, Halkidiki, is a nature-led family resort offering spacious suites, bungalows and private-pool villas, alongside extensive family facilities, a waterpark, sports and a private beach.

Completing the five-property focus is ZEUS Kos Beach, a five-star all-inclusive beachfront resort in Mastichari. The hotel combines family accommodation, a children’s club, pools, sports, a spa, watersports and facilities for weddings and special events in a relaxed island setting.

MICE, retreats and weddings will also play an important role in the strategy, providing opportunities to introduce selected hotels to specialist partners and event planners across the UK and Ireland.
