VIVA Cruises to Host Water Level Impact Advice Webinar for Irish Trade

VIVA Cruises is holding a free one-hour webinar for travel agents and tour operators, next week, on the impact of high and low water levels on river cruise operations.

The session, 'Navigating High & Low Water Levels', will be hosted on September 30 by Michelle Daniels, director sales – UK & Ireland and Australia & New Zealand, as well as a senior member of the VIVA operations team. They will provide first-hand insight into how changing water levels are monitored and managed, including:

* How variable water levels can affect river cruises

* What this can mean for itineraries and operations

* How VIVA manages these situations

* What the trade needs to know when speaking with clients

The session will conclude with a live Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to put their questions directly to the VIVA team.
