Selective Travel Management has been named Ireland’s Leading Travel Management Company 2026 at the World Travel Awards, as the Dublin and Belfast-based business continues to grow its presence and client base across the Irish market.

The World Travel Awards recognise excellence across the global travel and tourism sector, with Selective Travel Management taking the Ireland title in a category previously won by some of the country’s largest travel management businesses.

The latest recognition comes as Selective Travel Management continues to strengthen its position in the Republic of Ireland, where it operates from its office on Pearse Street in Dublin and works with a growing portfolio of public and private sector organisations.

Recent growth in the Irish market has included new and retained business across the university, SME, corporate and Government sectors, as the company continues to expand its client base and strengthen its position in the market.

The company has also received wider European recognition during 2026, having been named a finalist for Partner of the Year - Small TMC at the Business Travel Awards Europe and entering the Top 50 European Travel Management Companies for the first time.

Managing Director Keith Graham said the World Travel Awards win reflected the progress Selective Travel Management has made in Ireland and the strength of its growing operation in the market: “To be named Ireland’s Leading Travel Management Company is a fantastic achievement for everyone across Selective Travel Management and something lm we are extremely proud of.

“Ireland is a really important market for us and one where we have continued to invest, build relationships and grow our client base. Over the past year in particular, we have welcomed a number of significant new clients across a range of sectors and continued developing the technology, expertise and service we offer organisations across the country.

“What makes this recognition particularly meaningful is that it comes from one of the best-known awards programmes in the international travel industry. We have a brilliant team who work incredibly hard for our clients every day, so this is very much recognition of their expertise and commitment.

“We are ambitious about what comes next. Our focus is on continuing to grow sustainably in Ireland while maintaining the personalised service and accessibility that have always been central to how we operate.”

Selective Travel Management has continued to invest heavily in its technology and client offering, including completion of its proprietary NextGen platform and further development of its online booking and reporting systems.

Its latest Trends reporting platform gives clients access to live travel spend and carbon data across air, rail, accommodation and other categories, with interactive reporting and detailed filtering capabilities. The company has also expanded functionality across its Online Booking Tool and strengthened traveller safety and duty-of-care provision through its partnership with Safeture.

Alongside its growth in Ireland, Selective Travel Management has continued to expand its wider UK and European profile. The business employs around 180 people across the UK and Ireland and continues to invest in its teams, account management capability, technology and client service as it enters its next phase of growth.
