Riviera Travel has announced expanded roles for two of its senior executives.
Vicky Billing’s responsibilities have been expanded, with her taking on Loyalty in addition to her existing remit and adopting the new title of Director of Trade, Partnerships & Loyalty.

Already responsible for leading Riviera’s trade and partnerships strategy, Ms Billing will now also oversee the development and launch of Riviera Travel’s new loyalty initiative, spanning both travel agents and direct customers.
The move marks an important strategic step as the company begins building its own dedicated loyalty platform, reinforcing its long-term commitment to its guests. As part of these plans, Riviera Travel is also developing a dedicated rewards platform specifically for travel agents, with further details set to be unveiled in the coming months.

The expanded role reflects both the growth of Riviera’s trade business and the increasing importance of loyalty as a key pillar of the brand’s future strategy. In her new position, Billing will align trade engagement, partnerships and loyalty under a single leadership structure to ensure a joined-up, consistent experience across all channels.
As part of the trade team’s continued development, Amanda Docherty will also see her role broaden. Formerly Head of Trade UK, her title has been updated to Head of Trade UK & Ireland, with responsibility now extended across both markets.
As part of this change, Carrie Day, Country Manager for Ireland, will now report directly into Ms Docherty, further strengthening Riviera’s trade focus and leadership structure in the Irish market. Ms Docherty will continue to report into Ms Billing.
Commenting on the changes, Matt Luscombe, Chief Executive Officer at Riviera Travel, said: “As Riviera continues to grow, it’s important that we evolve our leadership structure to support the next phase of our ambition.
"Vicky is a highly valued member of Riviera’s senior leadership team and has played a pivotal role in shaping our trade strategy, strengthening partnerships and delivering commercial growth. Her expanded remit reflects both the impact she has made across the business and the strategic importance of loyalty as we continue to enhance the experience we provide to our trade partners and customers.
"Amanda has also made a significant impact since joining Riviera and has established herself as a highly respected leader within the business and across the trade. Expanding her responsibilities to include Ireland allows us to build on that success, bringing even greater focus and consistency to two strategically important markets.
"Together, these appointments demonstrate our commitment to investing in exceptional talent, strengthening our partnerships and delivering continued growth for Riviera Travel.”
These leadership changes underline Riviera Travel’s continued investment in the travel trade and its commitment to building deeper, more rewarding relationships with partners and customers through collaboration, innovation and loyalty.
