P&O Cruises Launches New Collection of Winter 2028/29 Voyages
P&O Cruises has launched its new collection of winter 2028/29 holidays, including calls to 130 destinations worldwide – offering extended stays in ports such as Rio de Janeiro, Madeira and Antigua.

The new programme offers holidays from November 2028 to March 2029 across the fleet, with a mix of Southampton departures and fly-cruise sailings spanning popular winter sun destinations such as the Canary Islands and the Mediterranean and long-haul ‘grand tour’ holidays to North and South America.
Holidays booked by December 16, 2026, and departing on or after October 12, 2028, will be applicable for introductory offers:

Winter 2028 overview:
Azura introduces dual turnaround options on its Canary Islands fly-cruise programme, adding Gran Canaria departures alongside the existing Tenerife programme.
Arcadia’s special farewell season includes an enhanced World Cruise with greater year-on-year itinerary variation, including maiden calls and the return of ports not visited for many years.
Aurora expands its USA and Caribbean Grand Tour, including overnight stays in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, combining North and South America in one extended holiday.
Azura will make additional calls in Morocco, including more visits to Agadir on Canary Islands fly-cruise itineraries.
Europe fly-cruise is extended by two weeks into October, adding Central and Western Mediterranean itineraries including Dubrovnik and Split, as well as Rome from Civitavecchia and Livorno for Florence and Pisa.
Arcadia will also call at Madeira on New Year’s Eve, giving guests the opportunity to experience the island’s internationally recognised fireworks display.

Key itinerary highlights:
Arcadia’s farewell season enhanced World Cruise features a number of maiden calls and the return of ports not visited for many years. These include Nosy Be in Madagascar, Hiroshima, Maputo, Mahé, Kochi, Osaka and Puerto Princesa, alongside Puerto Vallarta and Huatulco in Mexico.
The itinerary also includes ports that have not featured on P&O Cruises itineraries for more than 20 years, including Maputo in Mozambique, which last featured 29 years ago, and Puerto Vallarta in Mexico, which last featured 26 years ago.
Aurora’s 75-night USA and Caribbean Grand Tour combines North and South America, with overnight stays in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo alongside destinations including Brazil, Uruguay, the Falkland Islands and Chile.
Other highlights include Britannia’s 18-night Atlantic Islands itinerary with Morocco and Cape Verde, a 14-night Atlantic Islands itinerary featuring an overnight stay in Madeira and Morocco, Aurora’s 24-night UK-to-UK Caribbean itinerary and Ventura’s 21-night Mediterranean cruise in February.
