MSC Cruises Unveils 5 New Bars Onboard 'MSC World Asia' Ahead of December Launch

MSC Cruises has just revealed five brand new bar and lounge concepts coming aboard MSC World Asia, its newest flagship, taking the ship's total bar, lounge and restaurant count past 40.

Highlights include:

• Clubhouse and Soda Bar – 80s/90s-inspired family space where guests build their own sodas by day, then it turns into a social cocktail hub by night

• Sky Box Bar – an intimate Futurism-themed cocktail bar inside Luna Park Arena, with live mixology theatre

• The Terraces Bar & Lounge – an Italian aperitivo spot with sea views, wine tastings and live music

• Coral Cove Bar – a poolside bar inspired by a Philippine coral reef

• Pan Asian Bar – Southeast Asian street food-inspired cocktails, including a bespoke draught beer, "Oceanic Asian"

MSC World Asia is the third ship in MSC's World Class series and sets sail on her maiden season on 4 December 2026, offering 7-night Mediterranean cruises to Barcelona, Marseille, Genoa, Rome, Messina and Valletta. 

Alongside the new concepts, MSC World Asia will bring back some of MSC Cruises’ most popular bars and lounges. Returning favourites include the timeless Coffee Emporium, the elegant Fizz - Champagne Bar, the lively All-Stars Sports Bar, the first of its kind in Europe, and Masters of the Sea, where beer is crafted at sea. Each will continue to deliver the signature experiences guests know and love.
