Loveholidays Named 'Ireland's Leading Online Travel Agency' at World Travel Awards
Loveholidays has been named Ireland’s Leading Online Travel Agency at the 2026 World Travel Awards.
loveholidays, which is celebrating its 10 year anniversary in Ireland this year, was named the overall winner at the awards after receiving the most votes from customers and industry professionals.

The World Travel Awards recognise excellence across all sectors of the global travel industry and are regarded as one of the industry's most prestigious accolades. This marks the fourth time loveholidays has held the title, with the online travel agent winning in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
Since 2016, loveholidays has continued to expand its range of destinations in response to growing demand and trust from Irish customers. Today, Irish holidaymakers can choose from over 80 destinations, including long-haul getaways, city breaks and beach holidays, all offering great value without compromising on quality.
The growth in Ireland reflects the wider expansion of loveholidays internationally which now operates across eight markets, including Ireland, the UK, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway and Sweden, offering unforgettable and affordable experiences to customers throughout Europe.

Clem Walshe, Commercial Director at loveholidays, said: “To be named Ireland’s Leading Online Travel Agency for the fourth time is a fantastic achievement, and it means even more because it was voted for by our customers and the wider travel industry. It’s the perfect way to mark our 10th year in Ireland. When we launched here in 2016, we offered beach holidays to just six destinations. Today, Irish holidaymakers can choose from more than 80, from favourites like the Algarve and Tenerife to city breaks in Amsterdam and long-haul trips to New York.
“Over the past decade, over three million people in Ireland have trusted loveholidays with their holidays, and last year alone we took more than 700,000 Irish passengers away. This award is a brilliant reflection of the work our teams put in to give Irish customers real value and holidays they can trust. Two-thirds of our customers come back to book with us again, and that loyalty is what makes this recognition mean so much. We look forward to helping even more Irish holidaymakers get away in the years ahead.”
Irish holidaymakers can book their holidays on www.loveholidays.ie, or through the loveholidays app.
