Experienced Travel Agent Required

Location: Homeworker

The Role

As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing client journeys from initial enquiry right through to travel completion.

Duties will include:

• Communicating with clients throughout the booking process

• Booking all aspects of travel, including flights, hotels, car hire, transfers, packages, and cruises

• Providing excellent customer service and tailored travel solutions

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

• A genuine passion for the travel industry and be well travelled with strong destination knowledge

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a travel environment (preferred but not essential)

• A customer-focused approach and the ability to work well under pressure

• A solid educational background

• Strong communication and organisational skills
