Emerald Cruises & Tours Unveils Two 13-Day Seychelles & Indian Ocean Adventure Sailings

Emerald Cruises & Tours has unveiled one of its most exciting deployments yet. Launching exclusively for November 2026, Emerald Cruises has introduced two new 13-Day Seychelles & Indian Ocean Adventure sailings aboard Emerald Kaia, the brand’s newest luxury yacht.

According to Ken Muskat, President of Scenic Group USA & LATAM, today’s luxury travellers are looking beyond the familiar. They want destinations that remain authentic, remote and genuinely transformative. “The Seychelles represents one of the last truly untouched frontiers in luxury travel,” said Mr Muskat“These new voyages aboard Emerald Kaia offer guests the opportunity to discover extraordinary islands, remarkable wildlife and vibrant East African cultures while enjoying the intimacy, comfort and personalized service that define our luxury yacht experience.”

This is not simply another tropical cruise. This type of voyage is an extraordinary journey into a region where powder-white beaches meet dramatic granite peaks, where UNESCO World Heritage Sites remain virtually untouched, where giant Aldabra tortoises roam freely and where travelers discover islands that few luxury yachts and even fewer travelers ever reach.

Sailing with just 128 guests, Emerald Kaia combines intimate yacht cruising with immersive destination experiences, allowing guests to explore hidden lagoons, remote coral atolls, historic Swahili settlements and spectacular marine ecosystems throughout the Indian Ocean, all while enjoying the comfort, personalized service and all-inclusive experience that defines Emerald Cruises &Tours.

Unlike larger ocean vessels, Emerald Kaia can access secluded anchorages and smaller ports throughout the Seychelles archipelago, bringing guests closer to the destination rather than simply sailing past it.

“One of the greatest advantages of traveling aboard Emerald Kaia is access,” Robert Castro, VP of Marketing for Scenic Group USA & LATAM added“Our luxury yachts can reach secluded islands and intimate ports that simply aren’t accessible to larger ships, allowing guests to experience these remarkable destinations in a far more meaningful and immersive way.”

Guests will journey between Mahé, Seychelles, and Mombasa, Kenya, discovering an exceptional collection of destinations including Mahé, La Digue, Praslin, Farquhar Atoll, Aldabra Atoll, Kilwa Kisiwani, Mafia Island, Zanzibar, and Mombasa

Throughout the voyage, travellers experience remote tropical islands, UNESCO World Heritage Sites, East African history and culture, vibrant coral reefs, rare wildlife, crystal-clear lagoons, world-renowned beaches, rich Swahili heritage, and remarkable Indian Ocean biodiversity.

From snorkeling vibrant reefs and encountering giant tortoises to wandering ancient island settlements and exploring spice-filled markets, every day reveals another unforgettable corner of one of the world’s most captivating regions.

Made up of 115 islands scattered across the Indian Ocean, the Seychelles is celebrated for its striking granite islands, crystal-clear waters, protected marine reserves, and extraordinary biodiversity. Many of its islands remain completely uninhabited, preserving authenticity and natural beauty rarely found elsewhere.

These new voyages extend beyond the Seychelles, introducing guests to the fascinating coastlines of Tanzania and Kenya, regions rich in history, wildlife, and cultural significance that remain largely undiscovered by traditional cruise itineraries.

“Luxury today is as much about discovery as it is about comfort,” Mr Muskat said“These voyages deliver both. Guests can experience incredible wildlife, fascinating cultures, and some of the most pristine islands on Earth before returning each evening to the elegance and contemporary luxury of Emerald Kaia. It’s an experience unlike anything else we offer.”
