Club Med Appoints Jérémie Hoss Head of UK, Ireland & Nordics

Club Med has appointed Jérémie Hoss as Managing Director, Northern Europe and South Africa.

He will lead a newly created strategic cluster bringing together Northern Europe (UK, Ireland and Nordics) and South Africa. The new cluster will bring together the Johannesburg and London teams, creating a fully integrated service model, while supporting the continued growth of South Africa as a key market within the EMEA region.

The appointment will see Jérémie Hoss join the EMEA Executive Committee and assume responsibility for the new cluster following the departure of Nicolas Bresch, formerly Managing Director, UK, Ireland & Nordics.

Mr Hoss joined Club Med in 2015 as part of the Global Marketing Digital and Technology team, before being promoted in 2019 to Marketing Director for Canada. In this role, he led several strategic initiatives, including the opening of Club Med Québec Charlevoix and the launch of Club Med’s first travel agencies in Montreal and Toronto. For the past four years, he has served as VP Marketing & Digital for South America, making a significant contribution to the region’s growth and commercial transformation. Prior to Club Med, he worked at SFR, where he held several marketing roles and developed strong expertise in strategy, performance, and digital transformation.

In his new role, Hoss will take on responsibility for the new scope, supporting the brand’s ambition to further accelerate the development of these key markets. His priorities will include strengthening operational efficiency and team specialisation, accelerating go-to-market performances through the sharing of expertise, and building a fully integrated model between London and Johannesburg across customer care, transportation, call centre operations and back-office activities.

Charlotte Bernin, Global Managing Director, EMEA at Club Med, said: “We are delighted to welcome Jérémie Hoss into his new role at Club Med. His extensive experience across the travel sector, combined with his deep understanding of our business and markets, makes him ideally positioned to lead this new strategic cluster and support our continued growth across the UK, Ireland, the Nordics and South Africa.

"We would also like to thank Nicolas Bresch for his outstanding contribution to the development and transformation of Club Med over the past 11 years. Through his commitment, vision, and high standards, he has played a key role in driving the strong growth of Northern Europe. We are confident that Jérémie will build on this strong foundation and continue to strengthen our presence across these important markets.”
