Center Parcs Ireland Sees Surge in Revenues and Profits, with Occupancy Rate of 99%

The Irish division of popular holiday park business Center Parcs put in a stellar performance in its latest financial year, company accounts show.
Center Parcs Ireland – which operates the Center Parcs holiday village in Co Longford – increased pre-tax profits by 57%, to €17.4m, in the 12 months to the end of April.
Operating profits jumped 4% to €34.5m and the resort generated revenues of over €2m per week. Overall revenues, for the year, rose by nearly 4.5% to €105.5m, according to the accounts.
Occupancy rates were also hugely strong, at 99% for the year.
