AWTE Announces VIP (Vinted-In-Person) Dress Sale for ITAA Benevolent Fund

The Association of Women Travel Executives (AWTE) is delighted to announce its upcoming VIP (Vinted-In-Person) Dress Sale, a unique shopping and fundraising event taking place in a Dublin city centre venue on 10 October 2026 from 12:00pm to 2:00pm.



Bringing together fashion-conscious travel professionals and supporters from across the industry, the event will offer attendees the opportunity to browse and purchase a fantastic selection of pre-loved dresses, bags, shoes and accessories, giving fashion items a second life while supporting a worthy cause.


In a partnership that is particularly meaningful to AWTE, 50% of all sales proceeds will be donated to the ITAA Benevolent Fund, a charity close to the hearts of many within the travel community. The fund provides vital financial assistance to both past and present travel professionals during times of hardship and need.


The VIP Dress Sale promises to be an enjoyable afternoon of sustainable shopping, networking and fundraising, with attendees able to discover high-quality fashion pieces while making a positive difference to colleagues and friends within the travel industry.


"We are excited to bring the travel community together for what promises to be a fun, stylish and impactful event," said Olwen McKinney, AWTE Chairperson. " With conference and awards season just around the corner, VIP (Vinted In Person) is the perfect opportunity to pick up a fantastic pre-loved outfit, bag or accessory while supporting the ITAA Benevolent Fund. It's a great way to shop sustainably, refresh your wardrobe and give back to a charity that does incredible work for people across our industry.”


The AWTE is inviting anyone interested in selling their pre-loved dresses, bags, shoes or accessories to register their interest. Those wishing to take part as a seller should email admin@awte.ie for further information.
