Air France Unveils New Menus by Signature Chefs on Long Haul Routes
Air France has announced new menus created by their signature chefs will be available on long-haul flights departing from Paris from this month onwards.
As a proud ambassador of fine French dining, Air France has been working for several years with talented French chefs to offer its customers refined, Michelin-starred and responsible cuisine, and offers tasty dishes to passengers both on the ground and on board.

In the La Première cabin:
Arnaud Lallement has created the starters and hot dishes for the 1st and 2nd meal services
Claire Heitzler is enriching the menu with two new desserts, and from next April, the pastry creations signed by Angelo Musa will return to the menu
In the Business long-haul cabin:
Mathieu Viannay is creating the hot dishes for the 1st service as well as those for the 2nd service, which are, for the first time, designed by a Michelin-starred chef
François Adamski Adamski creates the brunch for the first service and extends his signature to the cold snack and breakfast of the second service
Nina Métayer continues her collaboration with new sweet creations
In the Premium cabin:
Frédéric Simonin continues to sign all of the hot dishes
