Abercrombie & Kent Unveils First Around the World Private Jet Journey to Touch All Seven Continents

Leading luxury travel company Abercrombie & Kent (A&K) has announced The Seven Continents by Private Jet: One Extraordinary World, a 28-day expedition running from 3 to 30 January 2028 that will become the first journey in the company's Private Jet programme to touch all seven continents in a single itinerary.

Limited to 50 guests aboard A&K's fully reconfigured Boeing 757, where every seat reclines into a lie-flat bed, the journey traces a route from Miami to Madrid by way of Iguazú Falls, the Antarctic Peninsula, Easter Island, Auckland, Uluru, Hanoi and Ha Long Bay, Luang Prabang, the Maldives and the Nile. Guests will sail Antarctic waters aboard a privately chartered expedition vessel, watch the sunrise over the moai of Ahu Tongariki on Rapa Nui, witness Uluru shift through the spectrum of desert light, and conclude their journey in Egypt aboard Nile Seray, the newest river vessel in the A&K Sanctuary fleet, with private after-hours access to the tombs of Tutankhamun and Amenhotep III.

The launch follows a moment of striking momentum for A&K's Private Jet programme. The May 2026 Tropics to the Arctic departure sold almost straight away, with nearly twenty guests on the waitlist by the time it closed; every guest aboard was a returning A&K traveller, and nearly half had flown on an A&K Private Jet itinerary before. For a journey that takes six figures and four weeks to commit to, that level of repeat booking is unusual at any tier of the market.

"Guests on our Private Jet program are not buying a flight. They are buying a year's worth of access in 28 days," said Rami Girgis, Vice President of Private Jet at A&K.

"Most of the guests booked onto a Private Jet journey have travelled with A&K before, very often on a small group or a Tailormade journey. They arrive already fluent in the way we travel, and what they tell us they want next is more ambition, more places that are difficult to combine and a group of likeminded travellers. Seven Continents is built for them.”

Journey Highlights

The journey

Seven Continents opens in Miami before the private jet's inaugural flight to Iguazú Falls, where guests cross the Tancredo Neves catwalk to the Argentine side of the cascades and stand at the edge of the Devil's Throat. The Antarctic leg begins in Punta Arenas; from there, a privately chartered aircraft flies guests directly to King George Island, bypassing the Drake Passage, to board their private small luxury expedition ship for four nights exploring the South Shetland Islands and the Antarctic Peninsula by Zodiac and on foot.

Easter Island follows, with a private sunrise at Ahu Tongariki and overnight accommodation at Explora Rapa Nui. In Auckland, guests sail Waitematā Harbour in an experience inspired by the America's Cup and choose from a series of Design Your Day activities across the Hauraki Gulf. The Australian leg centres on Uluru, with sunset and sunrise viewings, a guided base walk and an exclusive desert dinner under the stars.

Asia unfolds across Hanoi, with a privately chartered cruise among the limestone karsts of Ha Long Bay and a farewell dinner in the courtyard of Vong Thi Temple, followed by a day in Luang Prabang, where guests receive a blessing from monks at Wat That Luang before flying on to the Maldives for three nights of unhurried leisure at Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa.

In Egypt, guests board the exclusively chartered Nile Seray, an A&K Sanctuary for the river leg of the journey, visiting Philae Temple, the dramatically illuminated Temple of Horus at Edfu, the Temple of Karnak and the Valley of the Kings. Following Egypt, the jet continues to Madrid for an early-hours private tour of the Prado and a farewell evening designed exclusively for the group.

Aboard the A&K Boeing 757

A&K's chartered Boeing 757 has been reconfigured for 50 guests, with every seat a fully reclining lie-flat bed. The aircraft is equipped with iPads, noise-cancelling headphones and an espresso maker, and a dedicated cabin crew (including an executive chef) provides personalised service throughout the journey, learning each guest's preferences from the first flight onwards. The configuration allows the jet to land at airfields not easily accessible via the major carriers, operating on A&K's timetable rather than commercial airlines’.

The Private Jet programme

Every A&K Private Jet Journey is led by an A&K Tour Director and supported by a team of Tour Managers, resident guides and local experts, with a dedicated physician providing medical support and a Luggage Manager handling all baggage transfers between destinations. An expert photographer documents each highlight, with images shared with guests during and at the conclusion of the journey. Pre-departure preparations are simplified through A&K's White Glove passport and visa concierge service.

Journeys are almost entirely all-inclusive: accommodation, all meals, beer and wine with lunches and dinners, an open bar onboard the jet and at cocktail events, gratuities, laundry throughout, all activities and curated insider access are included as standard. For Seven Continents, accommodation is reserved exclusively for A&K guests at properties including the Magellan Discoverer; explora Rapa Nui; and the Nile Seray.

The Seven Continents by Private Jet: One Extraordinary World departs 3 January 2028, priced from $225,000 USD | £173,075 | $347,850 AUD per guest based on double occupancy. Reservations are open now through an A&K Travel Consultant or your Travel Advisor.
